A provisional booking made via telephone, in person, post or e-mail will remain firm for a period of seven days until which time a £75 deposit must be paid. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, unless terminated by the caravan owner. |

Outstanding balance payment plus a refundable security deposit of £50 must be received no later than 42 days prior to the commencement of the holiday. Should a cancellation be made prior to payment of the full balance, only the deposit sum of £75 will be forfeited. If a cancellation is made after the full balance has been paid, 50% of the total hire charge will be payable. If less than 7 days notice of cancellation is received, then the total hire charge will be payable. This remains entirely at the discretion of the caravan owner. |

The security deposit of £50 will be returned within 14 days of your holiday ending provided there are no damages/breakages to the caravan, decking area and contents. Also the keys must be returned to the caravan owner or reception. |

The caravan will only be available to the occupant/s during the period shown on the confirmation letter received from the caravan owner. |

The caravan at Quay West is 8 berth, the caravan at Pencnwc is 6 berth, and at no time must this be exceeded. |

The hirer of the caravan must be 21 or older, and must be present during the occupancy of the caravan. |
|

|
The caravan is only available for rent by families and responsible couples. The parks will not allow all male or all female parties. |
|

|
For hygiene reasons, NO PETS allowed. |
|

|
Strictly NO SMOKING inside caravan. |
|

|
The area surrounding the hire caravan must be kept clean and tidy at all times. |
|

|
Clothes are to be dried on the airer provided, at no time are they to be dried over heaters. Clothes lines are not to be erected. |

In the event of behavior likely to cause offence or damage to other users of the facilities, the park management reserves the right to remove any offenders from the park without redress. |

All persons using the entertainment complex must honour the club rules. Membership is discretionary and may be withdrawn at any time by the park management. |

|
Please keep noise to a minimum and show consideration to other caravan owners and occupiers at all times. |
|

|
A form of authorisation issued by the caravan owner must be provided for the collection of keys. |
|

|
Litter and refuse must be disposed of in the designated areas provided by the park. |
|

|
Ball games are to be played in designated areas and not between caravans. |
|

We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property including motor vehicles whether malicious or accidental during your stay. |

Personal travel insurance is not included in the cost of your holiday and, if required, remains the responsibility of the occupants. |

Entertainment passes are not included with the Quay West Holiday Park Caravan, unless a quotation and confirmation is obtained from the owner.
Entertainment passes for Pencnwc Holiday Park are included in the price listed however Pencnwc Holiday Park require a deposit of £2.50 per pass on arrival, this deposit will be refunded at reception on return of the passes on the day of departure. |
